Centralized retrieval, file operations and analysis-ready export (CSV, etc.)

Business tool for Cisalb to retrieve data from all measurement stations (water levels, hydro-meteorological parameters depending on the site). Each station generates files collected automatically every 20 minutes, which adds up to very large volumes across the fleet. The application connects to the server, aggregates and processes these datasets, and provides operations to prepare, filter and transform files into clear, usable deliverables — especially CSV export (or spreadsheet-friendly formats for further analysis). The workflow is designed to save time on consolidation and to make the chain from field devices to server to downstream use more reliable.
