MakeProps supported ANAV in creating their vertical software: guidance through design and development of a SaaS platform for construction scheduling and time tracking. Scope includes the challenges of a deep workflow product (project and team views, workload, real-time sync, field capture, reliability and scale) plus architecture and quality choices fit for a professional product. Close collaboration with the ANAV team to deliver a tool aligned with how companies work (joinery, carpentry, metalwork, engineering offices, etc.) and their margin and deadline constraints.
